All room reservations/confirmations/amendments are in writing and notified by fax or e-mail directly to Reservation Department of the FLOWER  HOTEL at following contact number as mentioned below:

In order to guarantee your booking, kindly provide a credit card number with its expiration or deposit 30% of total amount when making reservation.

Non guarantee booking will be kept to 18:00 on the same date.       

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 

 Cancellations by telephone or similar are only valid when confirmed in writing by facsimile or email and applied with these regulations as follows:                          

• Within 07 days prior to the arrival date charge 100% of first night of total booked rooms.
• Within 03 day  prior to the arrival date charge 100%  total booked rooms.

• Before 18:00: 50% room charge
• After 18:00: 100% room charge

• Before 08:00 am: 100% room charge

No additional charges for children less than 12 years, if sharing room with parent(s) and utilizing the existing beds.

Extra Bed for 01 person will be charged US$15++/Night.
